Do you ship your products Internationally?
Unfortunately, at this time, we do NOT ship internationally. We do ship our products in the continental United States via USPS, Fed Ex or UPS.

Do you carry an inventory of all your products?
We do carry some products in stock., however, most of our products are custom-made to order therefore there could be waiting period for your product is ready for delivery

What is the turn around time for most custom orders?
Turnaround time can be 2 weeks on up to 4-6 weeks in some instances depending on the product being built. We pride ourselves on custom, quality products with the highest level of craftsmanship. That takes time. We never mass produce our products.

Do you require a deposit for custom orders?
Yes, we do require 50% deposit down to initiate a custom build. The remainder of the charges and shipping are due upon completion of the build.

What is your return policy?
Hayes Woodcrafter’s build custom made products from domestic woods and exotic hardwoods. Wood can be affected by moisture, humidity and temperatures. We minimize these conditions by utilizing kiln dried lumber of high quality. At this time we do not have a return policy allowing for refunds due to the custom nature of our builds. We do guarantee our products for 90 days against defects in materials. We will gladly repair or replace your product at our discretion if it has any defects in material quality.

What forms of payment do you accept?
